Concretely, the people I work with learn to be in relationship without losing themselves. To move through a difficult emotion without having to make it disappear or overanalyse it. To take up space – in a conversation, in a relationship, in their life – without it costing them so much. And to rest – without feeling like they have to earn it.
The 3 stages of my work
First stage • the encounter
The free 30-minute discovery call is a prerequisite to work with me. It allows us to meet, to check that my approach fits you, and that I am the right person to support you. Nothing is decided before this first conversation.
If we continue, I’ll send you a questionnaire to start your reflection. The first session lasts 90 minutes. We take time for an in-depth situation assessment, to understand where you are, what feels heavy, and what you would like to live differently.
Following sessions are 75 minutes, over 3 to 9 sessions depending on your pace and your needs.
Second stage • the exploration
Each session follows the same movement: arriving, exploring, integrating.
At the start of the session, we take time to breathe, to arrive in the body and in the present moment.
You bring something concrete: an everyday situation, a difficult interaction, an emotion you do not understand. We explore together what is happening at the level of the mind, the emotions and the body. Together we learn to stay present in discomfort, to welcome rather than flee. And little by little, something softens.
At the end of the session, time is set aside to settle and integrate what has just been lived through.
Third stage • integration
Understanding does not set you free. Something has to go deeper, and settle in the body. We welcome what is there – joy as much as discomfort, strength as much as vulnerability.
Little by little, you shed what is not you: the learned patterns, the adaptations, what you were told you had to be. Until being yourself takes less effort.
Between sessions, you start to notice things differently: a reaction that used to overwhelm you, a boundary you managed to hold, a moment of genuine rest. This is where the work lands.
